Austin has a wide variety of downtown hotel options for out-of-town guests. We do not plan on contacting any specific hotel to find a group rate. All signs seem to indicate guests will be able to find comparable (or better) rates on their own.

Usually it is better to book sooner rather than later. But there should be nearby options available even closer to the date, convention season doesn’t really kick in until later, and the biker rally or SXSW will already be in the past by the 27th of June.
